Ownership of the Content:
The whole content, information and services offered by the present 3,14 Records website are exclusively owned by Heaven Music S.A., excluding any information, audiovisual material or content which is strictly stated that it is related to third party contributions.
All electronic documents, photos, music and generally all intellectual creations integrated to the present website belongs to the Heaven Music S.A., and the above persons according to the existing law on copyrights. The logos, names, trademarks and specifications included to the present website belong to the Heaven Music S.A. or/and the persons stated as the owners of the said rights at the website, and are protected according to the law on industrial property.

Reproduction or exploitation of the website content:
Any use, exploitation, publication, re-publication, re-production, copy on mechanical or other means, processed or not, of both the content of the website and the services offered by it is strictly prohibited without our previous written permission.

By exclusion, both the printing and copy of the websites and their content is permitted, provided that they are not going to be modified, changed or transformed in any form and intended for a personal use by the user itself.

Decompilation: Any process of the content of the website is strictly prohibited, specifically referring to the software decompilation included to it or any processing of the source code.

If the users have access to streaming media services, any totally or in parts storing the stream in local media, based on any technical method, in the same or in another existing audio or visual file format (such as wav, wma, mp3,mpeg κλπ) or to be invented in the future, is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any taking out or downloading of photos, logos, animations, gifs, sounds, images, moving or not, in generally, etc, from the website to local mechanical or electronic media is also prohibited, unless it is strictly permitted and to the measure the latter is strictly permitted, as per each specific website.

Information and data accuracy:
It is clarified that the website has a recreational and not an informative content and hence the users cannot base their conduct to any information included to it, and we have no responsibility if any of the information included to the website appears to be inaccurate.
More specifically, we are not responsible for any actual or consequential damages of both the website users and visitors or/and its content. Basic conduct rules of the users in communication services: The users who have access to communication services through the website, such as chat, forum, personal webpages, email or sending any form of messages, such as sms, by using the said services, accept the following:

To respect the personality of the persons to whom they are addressed, and they have to be polite, decent and act legally. In this case, we reserve the right to directly expel the disturbing party from the communication platform until we finally exclude it from any of our offered services, reserving our right for any damages occurred to us due to its conduct.

The use any of our services for non personal reasons, such as the exploitation of our communication and other services, of real time or not, for the promotion of any type of commercial messages, including junk mail/sms/messages is prohibited.

In any case, we reserve our right to both directly expel the responsible person from the communication platform and finally exclude it from any of our offered services and claim against any damage occurred to us by this conduct. We are not responsible against any user of visitor from any impolite, insulting or illegal conduct of other users against them.

Responsibilities:
It is reminded that any act intending to damage the systems, content, partial data and the website, in general, as well as any act intending to damage our interests, name, goodwill and repute, also form, inter alia, penal offences, and offer us the right to proceed to any legal act against the culpable parties for the support of our interests. The same is also valid for any act which opposes any directives addressed to both the users and visitors, from time to time, referring to each specific websites, on the method of use of the offered services.
